Place the pair back in its original packaging and the original box, ensuring it is suitable for resale, and attach the return label to the box. Note: If the label is taped to the shoe box or if the box is too damaged, we will not process the refund.\n\n3. Drop off your package at an official drop-off point.\n\n<strong>Important :<\/strong> We only process refunds or exchanges if the pair is returned in excellent condition.
